Jennifer Whittaker brings over 20 years experience in the cosmetic and skin care industries to her current practice at East of Bali Salon & Spa located at the Forum in Carlsbad Ca.  She is a Permanent Cosmetic Artist as well as a Licensed Skin Care Specialist.  Her specialties include expert brow design, faux lip enhancement with permanent makeup, artistically applied eyeliner, LED facial rejuvenation, derma planning, Intraceuticals 02 Oxygen facials and a variety of skin specific peels.

Jennifer has performed over 800 permanent cosmetic procedures and counting. She regularly attends classes in advanced education to continue mastering her skills in both permanent cosmetics and skin care.

Jennifer is a consummate professional and a true perfectionist. She uses only the best in cosmetic pigments, anesthetics and the state of the art Nouveu Contour digital machine for your permanent cosmetic application.
